About
I grew up in the small mountain town of Monticello, Utah, where creativity was the only source of entertainment. Storytelling runs deep in my veins and is a lifelong passion. My first book was published in 2011, and I continue to write.
After earning a degree in visual arts from USU Eastern, I ventured into teaching art for grades K-6 before diving headfirst into the digital art realm.
In 2017, I discovered I had a knack for concrete craftsmanship and honed my skills in sculpting and making faux rock through intensive training. My work now graces playgrounds, theater stages, concert backdrops, miniature golf courses, and is even showcased at fairs and local events.
I also like to indulge my love of Halloween by being an active member of the Rocky Mountain Haunters where we make spooky props.
I currently live on a small farm in central Utah where I like to spend time with my husband and our family, along with two bossy African Spurred Tortoises (Pebbles and Poppy), and the giant concrete trolls in my garden.
Every day is a blank canvas, waiting to be filled with an adventure.
